Authenticity can only be present when we give ourselves and others permission to be unique.
Freedom is when we feel safe enough to authentically exercise our individual uniqueness.
199) Individuality can only be understood by each individual.
Authenticity can only be present when we give ourselves and others permission to be unique.
Freedom is when we feel safe enough to authentically exercise our individual uniqueness.

200) Your voice is a calling I cannot resist.
Your smile is something not to be missed

201) Intelligence is the union between:-
thought and action, willpower and movement,
independence and decision-making, initiative and creativity,
personality and social co-operation; the integration and inter-dependence between all these aspects of human potential and the potency of love.
.
202) ‘……of all things love is the most potent….That part of it which we possess consciously is renewed every time a baby is born……… The study of love and its utilisation will lead us to the source from which it springs, The Child.’ (Montessori,1988:269-270)
203)
Education is at its best when based on natural play; discovery learning; authentic creative expression; co-operative interaction; and compassionate understanding. Whereby the three keys to empowerment and learning potential are:-
Authentic Creativity
Compassionate Understanding
and Co-operative Sharing.

204) In the perfect world wrong has no meaning because everything is an important part of every learning process.

205) Failure cannot exist when the beginning and the end are self-determined by the learner.
206) Natural play and learning is present when the curriculum is initiated by each individual on a moment by moment basis
207) Natural authority and discipline is an intrinsically creative structure invoked spontaneously within chosen social and practical skills.
208) Learning how to love: when the music of the heart, is sewn into the fabric of everyday living and learning
209) Peace and harmony come when playtime is shared amongst everyone as a universal language.
210) When the ‘dis’ in dis-abilities is transcribed into ‘special’-abilities. Everyone is acknowledged for their special strengths and their gifts.

211) Every real question is open ended and can have different answers on different occasions
212) Genuinely Chosen Time-out is a personal organisation of meditation and contemplation.
213) All learning is a powerful resource, positively charged and dissolved as a colloidal presence within our fluid state of being.
214) Angels walk without talk, move from here to there without being seen, and generate positivity everywhere.
215) Love as you have never loved before,
Now is the moment to dissolve all regrets.
Embrace the ones you love
Their only fault is a shyness
Which protects you from the depth of their love

216) It’s not how much time you spend holding me in your arms,
But the love in your heart, that warms my soul.
It’s not how much time you spend with me
But your smile when we meet that blesses my heart.
It’s not how much we do together
But knowing you would be there when things got tough, that shows me your love

217) The power of love so unique and pure,
Is ours to share you can be sure.
Connect with this energy
Let love flow free
With peace in your heart and good thoughts of me

218) I am all that you would wish me to be
We are as your imagination dreams us.
Past is but a shadow of our present
Future is only one moment way.
Every choice is continually renewed
Change is a part of every breath we take.
Trust yourself and you can trust me
Love yourself and I will love thee.
219) How could we miss something that is in essence still there,
For our love is like a fine golden thread
That will join us forever.

A thread so fine that no-one can see it
So strong that no-one can break it
Not even you or I.
220) Loneliness is because either:-
We are not getting sensory enjoyment from our life style. Simple forms of aesthetic appreciation, joyful celebration, and genuine gratitude are important for our everyday happiness; or we do not have anyone to serve with loving devotional care. Without anyone to receive our love, life can lose its’ sweetness. The highest reception of love is attained only through the giving of love unconditionally. When our love is not shared with others we ourselves feel alone and unloved for only in the giving do we receive true love from the source.

221) Somehow there is joy in the tears that flow down my cheeks and off my nose. Somehow there is joy in my heart as it breaks

222) I looked out of my window and what did I see?
I saw a flower it reminded me of thee;
Its beauty so pure
Its’ colours so bright,
Like a candle it sent forth love and light

223) My love, my love, how my separation from you brings me to know how close I am with you;
Our time with each other is only a small part of how we are together.

224) If love defines my capacity to share from my heart
And respect defines our capacity to work together
Then for me, trust is the combination of both
And the amount of trust defines the strength of our relationship

225) May I share with you my stillness a place of most profound.
May I share with you my silence a peace without sound.
May I share with you my love, a contentment from within.
May I share with you my prayers and my way to heaven.

226) Kiss each moment and release it into the winds of time
Embraced each thought and place it at Gods feet
Surrender to the essence of today and feel the stillness of tomorrow’s breath
Remember to celebrate and dance on the circles of eternity.
227) And so my sweet love How my stillness grows
Deep within my silence
My very being knows
Of a peaceful light
That from my centre flows
Blessing all that I see
In you, them and me.

228) Sometimes Man hunts to appease the pangs of desire so intensely that the sweet delicate growth of devotion gets trampled under the force. Woman must nurture small growths of devotion knowing that one day they will grow strong enough to extinguish the forces of desire. When hunting and nurturing come together in the harmony of devotion unconditional love develops.

229) When desire meets love it surrenders to compassion.
When desire is conquered, if love is still there, then devotion can flourish.
When desire meets devotion it is transformed into love
When love meets love it greets the shelter of devotion
When devotion meets devotion we meet the divinity of God.

230) The power of the seeking extinguishes the flame that illuminates the unconditionally given.
Only as a gift from that of the giving can a true heart light the path of love.
The torch that oneself has presented to be seen in the light of another’s receiving.

231) Is it that true love is to be awaited as a present from time,
Or to be sought as a successful game of hide and seek;
I understand that through the contrast of separation the very sweetness I seek becomes all the sweeter.
And I laugh at the tricks in the mind and the sourness of my emotions,
My judgements become observations and my heart opens with compassion
And I recognise that real love is always flowing unconditionally towards Me.

232) All authentic spiritual masters are unconditionally devoted to encouraging, initiating and presenting by example, one thing – our human capacity to love through a dedication to service to highest good, to love, God the divine, the supreme universal force and this is not so that we or the spiritual master can receive love, but simply so that we can receive in the fullest way possible the infinite Love of God

Laugh my dearest, joyous sounds,
Share my dearest, all you feel
Fly my dearest angel of light

242) Never Mind, Always Heart can meet every step of the day.
243)
Inner strength gives more protection than any form of self-defence.

Within the world of nature God’s presence is tethered to a complexity of environmental issues related to survival. When man works in harmony with nature issues of environment are related to man’s endeavour and God’s mercy, together this brings abundance. Issues of survival are related to mans’ ability to work in harmony with the divine life force; this brings sustainability.
Learning to care through the growing and harvesting of vegetables.
Learning to share through the growing and harvesting fruit.
Learning to love through the growing and sharing of flowers.
244) The mind does not have to have understanding, for the heart to express compassion.
245) Giving help to others is the surest way to attain what you need for yourself.
246) Only Time can gain obedience from the mind, and only the heart can gain obedience from the mind and time.
247) It’s not that today is better than yesterday, its just that today is always the true master of yesterday and tomorrow is always the truest servant of today.
248) How small I am compared with you oh mighty tree. Yet though you do me no harm, it is I that is dangerous to thee.
How weak I am compared to the mighty strong trees. Who bring me the gift of life’s living breath, yet do I honour the life of trees. With foolish ignorance and mighty greed I demolish the strength you offer me.
249) when do the sparks of life
Spin your heart like a Catherine wheel ?
What gives you the challenge to ride a stallion across the open desert sands ?
What gives you an eagle’ sight over the warm and pleasant lands ?
When is a single candle’s light, enough to brighten up your way.

stride

251) When compassion in the heart overwhelms my desires
Mother earth can furnish my journey in life,
Joyful are her songs that support my learning.
Sweetened by her unprecedented nurturing,
Bright are the colours with which she speaks to my soul.

Be humble in every situation
Serve with devotion
Surrender only to God, The Supreme Lord of all.

Call from the heart.
Play with opportunity.

Smile at disturbance,
Celebrate challenges

255) Disturbance comes from someone’s invitation.
Only and if, have no place within forgiveness.
There are no dos or don’ts in deliverance.
Distraction never brings blessings.
Remembrance is a choice.
Imitation is self taught.

256)
How grateful I am to be me
To touch, to feel to see.
Where I go, I do not know
But that with God I shall grow.

257)
Sunshine and holidays at my own front door.
I’ll enjoy the roller-coaster, up and down I go.
With ear plugs for the screaming,
Patience for the uphill dreaming,
Throw-away paper fears,
And sweet nothings in my ears.
258)
’When the nobility of man is captivated by the compassion of his woman, and the compassionate woman is captivated by her noble man, the potential is divine.’

259) When man protects and provides from his noble sense of harmony and woman nurtures from an authentic place of compassion, all will be blessed.

260) Is it that true love is to be awaited as a present from time?
To be sought as a successful game of hide and seek?
Or is it only to be found in my own heart’s sweet surrender,
When I melt into a moment of selfless devotion,
Beyond the time keepers door,
Encased in a box of trust and wrapped in a sense of knowing.
261) The power of the seeking extinguishes the flame that illuminates that unconditionally given.

262) Only as a gift from that of the giving can a true heart light the path of love.
The torch that oneself has presented to be seen only in the light of another’s receiving.
263)
It is a forest thick with illusion that conspires to seek love from another.
For in truth thou seeketh the highest state of love.
Is it that another can endour a heart with any greater love, than that received in the giving.
This is the greatest source of love and its worth most divine.
A thousand times more pleasing on any humble occasion.
Experienced as a bountiful magnification of the pure love that was given.
264) Learning to care through the growing and harvesting of vegetables.
Learning to share through the growing and harvesting fruit.
Learning to love through the growing and sharing of flowers.
Within the world of nature God’s presence is tethered to a complexity of environmental issues related to survival.
When man works in harmony with nature, issues of ecology are related to man’s endeavour and God’s mercy, together this brings abundance.
When man works in harmony with nature, issues of survival are related to mans’ ability to work in harmony with the divine life force; this brings sustainability.
265) A new approach to child development and wellbeing should be based on natural play; discovery learning; authentic creative expression; co-operative interaction; and compassionate understanding. Whereby the three keys to unlock empowerment and fully maintain learning potential are:-

• and Co-operative Sharing.
266) Wrong has no meaning because everything is an important part of our learning processes.

Social sharing activities such as improvised music and dance
Freedom to explore, experiment, and investigate

280) When I am demanding from life I get nothing or nothing but trouble comes my way.
281) When I am at peace with how things are, everything I want is there to be received along with a few surprise blessings that I did not think I deserved.

283) When I forget my own desires for the privilege of being a simple servant within the Divine orchestration of Highest Good, I celebrate that part of me, a child of God, that was given by the Supreme Lord as an eternal gift.
284) If I love you and in whatever way I love you, you will feel and experience this love and if you don’t? Then maybe, I don’t really love you or I don’t love you in the way that you would wish me to, or in a way that you can recognise as love. For love has many shades and colours and presents an endless kaleidoscope of variability and possibility that contains the infinite power of all the heavens and beyond.
285) I have not done anything I have lived to regret, so far, even the most painful and challenging things, through time, I have come to value and would not wish to change. It is not the times when I have said YES that have brought me regrets, it is only when I have resisted providence with a ‘No Thank You’ or ‘Please Go Away’ that I have experienced un-consolable remorse.

286) In order to learn good balance we must accept situations that make us a bit wobbly.

287) It only takes one person somewhere to help us feel love.

288) The first kiss is like a freshly cut diamond that sparkles with brilliance, future kisses are likely to be like a flat fizzy drink if the first kiss is forgotten. Only when the first kiss is felt in every subsequent kiss can the diamonds of love remain bright and immaculately cut.

289) Do not kid yourself you are teaching me love, for only in the giving of love can I learn how to be loving; and the giving of love has nothing to teach outside of humility – a sweet surrender.

290) Aspire to go beyond what has been done before
Make gratitude the most important part of your day
Know that the natural world contains the secrets of life

291) I love my life more than I love you and your life, and my love of life is the measure of how I can share lovingly with you.
If I loved sharing your life more than I loved living my own life, then the waters of a sharing relationship would remain rather shallow. For love is bound to wither, if a relationship does not encourage each person to love their own life, and expand this gift creatively in to a richer and deeper everyday love of life.

292) You wanted me to share the life you had already painted on the canvas, whereas I wanted to paint a new canvas together using our talents together, embracing that unknown creativity that occurs when we share our endeavours together.

296) A person’s behaviour around money illustrates their potential relationship with love.

297) I have no wish to curb your enthusiasm, but simply to sustain it by avoiding the reckless downhill runs that can bring chaos and confusion. More importantly we need to practise those activities that help us to gain balance, endurance and fitness of mind and body.
298) When we have established helpful levels of patience, endeavour and endurance, we will indeed be able to create and maintain the relationship our hearts desire.

299) There is no struggle that is not ultimately responsible for important inner healing. God never challenges us with more than we have the potential strength and endurance to manage – when we are willing to accept His gracious hand of tender care and support.
300) When I am processing you are processing too! My success is also your joy and my distress is equally disturbing to you. If we are all aware of how much we influence others, knowingly and unknowingly, then we may feel more compassion for the need to find our own inner happiness in all situations.
301) If you are not happy living alone you are sure to have unreasonable expectations and make excessive demands upon the loved ones who live with you.

307) Thanks, I appreciate your patience with me please forgive my weaknesses, I seem to get lost rather quickly these days, when I cannot have control I feel unsafe in my ability to look after myself.
308) When I follow someone else’s suggestions I ultimately react in rebellion [depression, mental disturbance, closing down, alcohol, lack of confidence]. The effort is takes to clear myself of this negative reaction gives me the strength to reassess my situation from my own perspective and create a more naturally pleasing way forward for myself and others.
309) So I need to stand strong in my own strength; ‘don’t know’ is a NO until I find a genuine YES. Only then will I be able to find and accept the help and support that helps me find and follow my own truth.

When we connect through the heart we also engage with higher energies of consciousness from soul-spirit origins sourced from the creation of life. Our higher consciousness relates to our original source and the purity of our soul-spirit.
